How many times have you did not want to attend class or the gym, but by the end of the session you were glad you came. SAS Wing Chun classes has a positive agenda of emotional wellbeing, and working a positive Chi, so by the end of class, no matter what age, or gender, one leaves in a resourceful state of mind. It teaches you to Channel positive energy and banish the negative, this is the paradox of Yin & Yang. Martial arts especially Kung Fu and Tai Chi teachings make you aware of your connection to your spiritual self. We all need to let go of this resistance and live in accordance with our senses and inner peace. If we begin to identify these energies as part of our own, we end up in a low vibrational state. We also often pick up on energies that don’t belong to us. Positive vibrations make us feel at ease, while negative vibrations can make us feel doubtful, worried and anxious. Positive vibrations are high frequency thinking patterns while negative vibrations are low frequency thinking patterns, attitudes and emotions. The easiest way to identify a negative vibration is to be aware of when and how we feel resistance within ourselves. This in turn shapes our belief system and “identity" We each have an internal map of how we view our external reality based on how we have responded to life experiences. The “Vibe” refers to a specific vibration which we than define as either positive or negative.Īn individual’s energy is a result of several factors, including mindset, experience, thought patterns and their perception of the world. We often talk about the “Vibe” of a particular person, situation or place. With current world COVID19 crises and much sad to mention hatred, I explain deeper how we can help ourselves in these current negative situations. I have been speaking about positive vibes for some time, as it is related all to martial arts.
